So today is the first of many first days at this health journey. I weighed in this morning at 265.8! Mind you that this is the heaviest I’ve ever been in all 23, almost 24 years of my life! I’ve decided that I’m just going to take this day by day. I didn’t gain the weight over night, even though it feels that way, and I shouldn’t expect it to leave over night. At this time I don’t really have a plan. Which most people say that if you “fail to plan, fail to succeed”, but we’re going to see how this goes for now. Right now I want to focus on getting some physical activity 3x’s a week and replacing sodas with water. Gosh a coke makes everything in the world alright lol! I also bought the product Hydroxycut a few weeks ago, so I’m going to be taking those supplements as well. I’ll be sure to give a product review once I’ve finished the bottle.
