Hello world!.

In the beginning…..

So today is the first of many first days at this health journey. I weighed in this morning at 265.8! Mind you that this is the heaviest I’ve ever ¬†been in all 23, almost 24 years of my life! I’ve decided that I’m just going to take this day by day. I didn’t gain the weight over night, even though it feels that way, and I shouldn’t expect it to leave over night. At this time I don’t really have a plan. Which most people say that if you “fail to plan, fail to succeed”, but we’re going to see how this goes for now. Right now I want to focus on getting some physical activity 3x’s a week and replacing sodas with water. Gosh a coke makes everything in the world alright lol! I also bought the product Hydroxycut a few weeks ago, so I’m going to be taking those supplements as well. I’ll be sure to give a product review once I’ve finished the bottle. Welcome to my blog!!! I’m just a small town girl who decided being overweight is for the birds and that it was time for me to do something about it. I want you along for the journey! I plan to document me trying new things, seeing what works and doesn’t work, and so forth. I plan to post everything from healthy meals/snacks to workouts to my progress.
